Zillie Consulting offers expertise in managing the New Product Innovation process for new & established brands.

Our consultancy is packaging-focused, providing support in stock or custom component development, sustainability strategy, and project management. We operate with a collaborative mindset, and have a thorough understanding of the cross-functional process that is essential for new product launches.

We provide clients with best-practices for primary & secondary packaging execution, along with overall project management knowledge. We manage the communication with packaging vendors and contract manufacturers throughout the development process, from concept to production.

Zillie Consulting was founded by Liz Shesterkin. Liz graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Packaging. She has a comprehensive background in the CPG industry. Her portfolio ranges from global corporations: Mondelez International, Inc. (Sour Patch Kids, Trident, Stride), Victoria’s Secret Beauty, Bath & Body Works, REVLON, to growing brands: Crown Affair, Inc., Dermaflash, and more. Her broad experience offers a unique ability to navigate ambiguity, while providing structure in a fast-paced industry.
